Payday the heist overkill difficulty - diamond heist
need one extra person since I always manage to stealth it until the vault opens, but suck at the escape, I need one extrta person :D

I guess I am only good at the stealth part, I don't really handle assult well afterwads.

Don't smash the glass in stealth but alert the guards in some other way instead. That disables the spawns in the vault, leaving you plenty of time to escape without anything spawning other than the sniper and shield.

I don't smash glasses, I don't do anything, I just keep going everywhere and sneaking until I finish the boxes, I don't understand why the inside-vault spawns happen at all..

Like I said, smashing any of the glass triggers cop spawns inside the vault. Alerting the guards in any other way disables those spawns, so just shoot once to alert them. It's a design oversight.

The big vault has a 45% chance of opening after the boxes have been hacked (5% if at least one of them had been done with a tablet). From here finishing the game should be easy.

If the small inner vault spawns, then you have to get the cutter if you want to get the red garnet. This vault has a 70% chance of spawning and only does so on OVK and above. The reward is the garnet and it's worth $500k awarded upon escaping. There's also an achievement you get if you do this with all crew members alive.

There's a bug with the smaller vault in that the (infinite) assault starts, but it doesn't actually spawn any cops. So if you did the whole thing in stealth and did not break any glass, you can just sit next to it for the next four minutes.

If your problem is the cops that spawn in the vault then I would recommend to leave diamonds in the vault and loop the cops by making some rounds through the building then get back to the vault again to take the diamonds or you can smash the glass in the middle only and take the diamonds quickly but, don't try to fight them especially if you play at low rep.

It could be done solo if you know how to loop the cops or maybe I could do it for you if you like :)

Or just read what I posted. They shouldn't spawn there unless you break the glass before you've been spotted or when you're really slow.

He said that he didn't smash glasses so, I gave him extra options based on my successful runs and now he has many options to beat this heist.

1. Alerting the guards in any other way disables those spawns, so just shoot once to alert them.
2. Leave the vault and loop the cops from the roof to the vault again and get all diamonds.
3. Take diamonds in the middle only and escape quickly.
4. I can do it for him if he still needs help.

Try some Arabic coffee from my avatar and take it easy we are here to share ideas and learn from each others :)

By the way your useful comment added new info for me so, thanks a lot for usual support ^_^

Maybe I should've said "destroying". Shooting it and blowing it up with explosives has the same effect. They won't spawn there beforehand.

On the other hand, you have failed many times in this heist on OVK so, would you accept if we become toxic and make fun of you ?

Dorentuz explained how to prevent cops from spawning in the vault and I explained what to do if they spawn so, I think he shouldn't have any problem by now whether the cops spawn or not but, if you have another good idea then please share it with us to help others instead of laughing at them.

does breaking cameras do that as well? Now that I think it's the only action that I take during solo's

What you have posted could be considerd as plan A but, If he forgot to alert the guards then SWAT might spawn in the vault and he might fail again if he doesn't know what to do so, he could use what MAF posted as plan B in case he forgot to follow your plan.
My advice is to learn how to bait the cops because codes do not work all the time and he might need to go for Ralf sometimes which mean he would be involved in some assaults. Besides, baiting strategy can be used in most of the heists whether solo or with team so, it would increase his game knowledge with no doubt.

That is my opinion and if you find it wrong then please do not hesitate to correct it and I would be thankful and much appreciated. Now I would like to post two videos showing how to deal with that spawn and how to bait the cops.
