Diamond Heist issue

not sure if this is a glitch or what, but the way I figured, if you stealthed through the 3 alarm boxes and opened the vault, it wouldn't go loud until you shot the glass containing the gems. But when I do this, the codes don't work and the alarm goes off. Funny thing is, when I used to do this heist it never did that. It just does it now. Any help?

Yeah, in normal case if you are good at stealth the alarm goas load when you break the Glass of the Diamonds. More stealth is not possible (maybe get the cutter for big red).
Iam not realy sure what you mean but at 145+ the codes are always wrong.

No, you don't understand. I stealth all the way to the vault and when I put the codes in, it goes loud and I have to find the CFO

Yes, that's normal on 145+ (the achievement called Wrong codes)

At the other levels of difficulty there is only a chance to get the right code.

[...] There is a 45% chance for the codes to work on all difficulties except for OVK145+. On this difficulty there is a 0% (yes, zero) chance of it working. However, some people have reported them to work, which if true can only be explained by the mission scripts not getting executed correctly. If you fail to hack at least one device in stealth, there is a 5% chance of the codes being correct (again, excluding OVK145+).
