Since you mentioned using a trainer, it's possible that your save data is corrupted. You wouldn't be the first one with that problem. In that case remove the %LocalAppData%/PAYDAY/saves/<your id> folder (and if you're alone you can remove the saves folder itself). There's a second location you have to remove as well, it's %ProgramFiles(x86)%/Steam/Userdata/<your id>/24240/remote/save099.sav. The files here are synced to Steam, so you may have to temporarily disable the cloud sync feature for this game.
