Wolf Pack not working?

Hey Guys,
after some time I reinstalled Payday and get my old Skills back, lvl 145 and all weapons maxed. Only my Wolfpack did not work :(
I reinstalled the Game and check the game for issues but no luck. It also say it is installed when I look on DLC.
Anyone else have the same Problem or know how to fix it?

Both reports are recent and I haven't seen any before this, so that can't be a coincidence. So I'm guessing it has something to do with the Steam client messing up. Anyway, the game simply asks the Steam client whether you have a license for the DLCs (probably via the standard ISteamApps()->BIsDlcInstalled API call, which doesn't seem to have special requirements).
