There's a few others, but one is a simple retexture and another is basically a cheat (though that's not much different from many PD2 HUD mods). I think they're even compatible with the mod I mentioned earlier.
Just copy all files.
Who cares if it's making the game easier? WTFBM is the closest to those PD2 HUD mods that have "great features." OP was asking about a HUD mod for PDTH, so I recommended WTFBM, because it is a HUD mod, and a good one at that - close to its PD2 counterparts. Actually, many of the WTFBM features you listed in your linked post are also features of many popular PD2 mods (some of which I've already mentioned). Branding them a "cheat" is a matter of opinion.
I remember the debacle when HUD mods were first released for PD2. A few people also said that they were cheats. Currently, nearly everyone and their grandmother has a HUD mod installed for PD2.
Why you look angry if someone say something does not agree with you?
Modification means CHANGE by definition so, all mods are about making a change / changes to the game regardless these changes considered cheat or not. I think players might have different opinions about mods. Some players might accept to have drill timer and assault timer other players might accept to have the ability to do changes on cops like what cops want to spawn, when and where to spawn. On the other hand, some players might not accept both mods and not even accept DLC which is %100 legit because they do not want to have anything could make the game easier so, it's all about opinion no need to complain about mods we can simply do not use them if we think they would give some features which shouldn't be given to players.
Unfortunately, what I have seen from some mods not only make the game easier but it might make nothing impossible and the lovely leaderboard is a good example but, like Hollerbach said who cares? if overkill does not care why should we care?
If grandmothers play payday + install mods then that's the end of discussion for me I can't say anything against grandmothers xD
Yes, they're changes. But I don't know what you're trying to say here and saying what the words modification and change are similar does not contribute anything to this conversation. Of course people can have different opinions about mods, but some people are so misinformed or refuse to believe anything other than "all mods are cheats" (like you) that there's no point in having any sort of argument. Because how are mods that fix bugs that can crash your game the same as mods that show additional information that give you an advantage? You act like they're the same thing and classify them both as cheats...
And yet you refuse to try my mod that optimizes some functions and normalizes the enemy tasks scheduler to have a more equal experience for everyone. It's not perfect, but it's a start. This does not make the game any easier for anyone, but it may make the game more difficult if your pc can't produce a high frame rate. But you won't try it because then you can't brag with how good you think you are and instead keep insisting on how all mods make the game easier...
So we can't say some mods add features that are nothing more than cheats because some people like to play with cheats? That's some weird reasoning.
If it affects my gameplay without choosing it, even indirectly, I do care. Overkill only cares about money and that's a stupid argument. But yet people keep asking that (rhetorical) question.
And you should really stop making arguments if you know absolutely nothing about the subject. That doesn't contribute anything...
