It really depends on your run! An average in-game day is only about 5 minutes, then additional time for setup depending on your strategy.
From what i've gotten from players the time to achieve perfection is about 3-6 hours depending on how good you are. But you can pick up and drop it at your pace :)

Quite similar to Overcooked, but there are no levels, just online lobbies, but the game does get harder each in-game day.
