Game keeps getting stuck on "loading franchise dashboard" screen

Game loads up fine, and plays fine. After game is finished and the black screen with "loading franchise dashboard" comes up, it wont do anything. If I try to push the back button on the bottom right side, nothing happens. If I restart the game, it makes you pick up where you left off but adds another quarter of play.

We have lots of hours in this game (over 100) and it just started happening a few days ago and is doing it almost every game.

Tried verifying steam files and all up to date, they are. Tried restarting computer and steam also.

What can we do to fix this?

Same. Just bought the game and got this right away.
