I don't know if i'm just misunderstanding something, but i cant figure out the Golden Casino Hint for hacking into Kim Jeong Jun phone

I just don't understand what the hint is trying to tell me, I've tried a bunch of combinations and got nothing so far. I don't understand the use of the slash of 3 clubs or highlighting the spades in this.
