Game crashes the moment I start.

the game stops working the moment I start. it doesn't make it to any menu or developer logos.

Mine crashes at "Press any key to continue" or whatever it says. I never get to the menu. As soon as those words appear, the game's done.

Hello there. If you have problems like this, please do let us know at [e-mail] so we can try to help you directly. Please include your computer's OS, memory, CPU and GPU - dxdiag info would be great. Also list as many details on where the game crashes as you can, whether it's always in the same place, and record any error messages the game or your OS displays. The more the better :)
