Can't unlock Beatle (Clear Stage mode with Fandom OFF)

Is this bugged? I did everything with fandom off. No skills at all, everything refunded but I can't unlock that beatle/roach thing. I did it on Stage Mode as it says

Worked fine for me, might've been a fluke or rare issue.

You actually don't need to refund fandom, just playing a character without any skills unlocked is fine.

Remember it's not actually fandom off. You have to not have any of your character's unique passive skills; Fandom will eventually have you start with some of those automatically, but if you decide to get the achievement before you're even at that point you can actually leave fandom enabled.

I guess something is wrong on my end. I just did the 500HP Achievement and it didn't pop for me

If there's really nothing wrong with your game ,
it could be your internet.

I tried to get 100% achievement in another game ,but the grinding achievement didn't count because I didn't know my internet disconnected during the play.

Surely the achievement description is misleading, I would probably failed it too if I didn't read the forums before. I hope it gets changed some day.

I got nothing, but I would like to point out that Fandoms add passive buffs on top of character skills.

You get a percent +HP/SPD/ATK for each Fandom rank. You can check under Achievements-> Fandoms from the Main Menu if you don't believe me.

Edit 2: really, it's so simple that I can't bring myself to create a guide just to say: "disable fandom and don't pick any character skill".

I guess this is a given, but, did you actually eliminate your skills whenever they appeared on your level up screen? It may also depend on which character did you use for that run.

You could try it with a different character on a different stage; perhaps a stage you haven't done with that character yet.
