Brotato and to a slightly lesser extent Halls of Torment are some mainstream brands that have you putting more than the usual thought into your builds. There was also this one I tried - Elewar: Fused Survivors - that has some really stange and dynamic systems in place. I haven't completely wrapped my head around it yet.
