For the rest of the tower past that point, there's a decent number of jumps solved by bouncing off the wall. Never forget the wall bounce.
By doing this you will have better knowledge on the game and be able to progress faster without using checkpoints at early spots.
On my winning run i used 3 checkpoints
1 at 65%
1 at 80 something percent
and 1 at 90%
i would use checkpoints on wide areas that have no ledges nearby
Hopefully this thread at least helps some of those people who had initially given up go back to the tower and be able to clear it. I clearly sucked at this, but it "only" took me 3 hours to beat, and unlike Jump King there isn't any speedrun or flawless challenges to beat thankfully (The 100% for that game is absolutely insane, big respects for whoever has it). I do think the tower should be made a tiny bit easier, 1 or 2 more checkpoints would be perfect and would help relieve some of the frustration !
