Maybe I'm wrong, the description describes to fail an enhancement from +1 to +2. Each level of enhancement has 10% less chance of success, meaning I have 90% rate of success without using the shop upgrades. I've been playing for quite a while now, every possible anvil I found is used to do any weapons to fail +2, heck I even do awakened weapons pre-collab then do it again in collab or even super collab. But damn, this 10% failure rate for a single achievement is lower than me getting shiny fishes (I got four by the time of posting, not even using golden rod yet).
How long before I can eventually buy the upgrades and do the +10 enhancement?

Yeah that one is an annoying one. Think I got it after about 10 sessions of trying I think.

ypi can speed this process up somewhat by taking someone with a superior main weapon like sana or fauna and disabling all 5 weapon slots,also taking the blacksmith item for double anvil use, its still rng but its a plan

It really is just RNG, think I got it on my second or third attempt. For the +10 you do a main weapon only run with credit card and blacksmiths's gear so you get lots of anvils and can use them twice.

Double this up with Risu+Super Chatto+PIggy Bank and you can farm coins while also building a terrifying power house of wave annihilation while waiting for RNG to play nice.

Triple this up by getting Study Glasses as first item to maximize your weapon damage and level growth and you can also go for that pick haste 10 times achievement.

23 hours into the game with all blacksmith attempt for failing +2 and never go beyond is funny

Damn, I failed and got it on my first time upgrading a weapon to +2 lmao.

I got it without even trying and I had two upgrades of enchanchement rate up from the shop so the percentage was around 96%... Not sure if I should feel lucky or not. I think the second weapons are more likely to fail. Because I upgraded the main weapon first, it was succesful then upgraded the curse weapon to +1 ----> +2 and it failed.

I also got True RNG (Fail enhancements 5 times in 1 run.) achievement in the same run.
