No sparkle?

For those who haven't noticed, on the Main Menu you may notice several characters sparkle on occasion. Those characters are Ame, Sana, Aqua, Mel, and Coco... i.e. all those who have graduated.

And yet, for some reason, Fauna has not gained a sparkle. Has Kay Yu just not thought to add this? Is he waiting for a major update and just not doing a minor patch to add it? Or is there some other reason?

Probably just hasn't gotten around to it yet. If there's another update or bugfix this update, I'd guess that's when it'd show up.

Last update was before Fauna's graduation so it's normal she doesn't sparkle yet. That will probably change in the next update.

also the dev said they were taking a brake from the game after the last update

It'll be added in the next update, I'm sure- Kay Yu mentioned the 0.8 update being a top priority this year amongst their other projects. https://x.com/holocuredev/status/1864396368963350998
They are near the LA fires rn though, and while their area is still safe, I'm sure it's effecting their work in some capacity. https://x.com/holocuredev/status/1877413401762115829
Not sure how likely it would be for them to create a patch specifically to give Fauna her sparkle, but I'm sure we'll see it added once 0.8 comes out at the very least.

Or, you know, a regular update patch. There are still a lot of things that could be fixed, after all.
