The level itself even tells you that you should probably have tier 2 fandom before attempting the level. Also, going to the armory and removing stuff for an optimal build for whichever character you are using.
If the projectiles are causing problems, you can build Absolute Wall, and take Projectile Shield as your support item. Characters like Fubuki and Marine (with 360 degree primaries) also benefit a lot from the Pacifist stamp.
Alternatively, you can take Noel, grab Bandage, Breastplate, and Milk and just stand there for the most part.
By the time you reach it, you should already have all the upgrades bought, and all characters at level 2 fandom...
Only reason I see to fail it is rushing the game by having just beaten level 1 and 2 once, and then trying 3.
Instead of that, it's better to have completed each level with all characters once. So by now you should have 80 runs behind you, at the very least.
In no particular order:
-You should have a super collab up at the latest at 15 minutes. Probably more soon after minute 10. And multiple collabs up. This means when the projectiles enemies shows up, you can already clean them up almost immediately. Said super collab is probably going to be the evolved dragon fire, because nothing else compares, unless you are using a healing based character, in which case the food one can be better.
-About stamps, it depends what build your character requires. But in general the most important are: Sword(damage and more), Haste one, Googles(crit chances), Skull(money). Depending the build, you can get good useage of vampire or area of effect. Multi hits is always good(You're going to run dragon fire on every character). Marked and flower are good(flower gives def debuff, so you kill better), but not exactly stellar. The rest is more if nothing else shows up. You should have 3 level 3 stamps relatively early unless you're extremely unlucky, so you are going to end up selling a bunch of stamps just because of that.
-Makes sure to seal every item you're not going to use prior to a run to avoid dilluting your pool. This means you need 7 items in said pool ideally. Yes, 7 and not 6, as one is going to get eaten by the super collab. If you are particularly savy, also seal every weapons you're not going to use, but seeing you will use most of them due to them combining, you aren't going to need to seal many.
-Leveling glasses, lab coat and credit card takes priority above anything else. Those are your growth items, they get maxed first.
-Don't combine weapons if they aren't enchanted first
-On level up, try to pick skills in priority, they can't be gotten in others ways. For anvils, upgrade your credit card first, your growth items second, enchant your weapons third, and then focus on your main weapon, and on getting dragon fire. Try to not pick a weapon on level up if it's not already enchanted. This avoid wasting an anvil on enchanting it. The exception is for getting the dragon fire as early as possible, and if you really need a weapon to complete a collab.
-Stay mobile with the final boss, she has a string of bullets she fires together when in her regular pattern(prior to jumping), and this one hurts if you let it hit you, and probably the most likely thing to kill you. The spinning bullets patterns is a lot more predictable.
-Don't rely on items/weapons supposed to block projectiles. A lot of them don't do what they are supposed to do, making them unreliable.
-Ideally you want to alpha strike the boss as soon as she appears. With a very good character, she dies before even jumping. With a good one she dies after her jump. With an average one, she will die during the spin. Any character which kills her AFTER she complete her whole cycle, is either bad, or you had terrible luck meaning you are severely lacking in damage, or you made a terrible build. Or a combinaison of 2 or 3 of those points.
As far as advice I can offer I usually tend to stay in the middle of the area around the Yagoo statue. This stage is littered with all sorts of crap that you can get stuck on and the middle area is the most open.
Just be aware you can't facetank and you HAVE to dodge and you'll be fine.
Old man believes in you, friend.
