Any good spot to find the SSRB fan letter ?

It's the bomb dudes. I'm sure anyone who farmed the letters has to know a good spot for them or a spot that works at least, it's one of the few that I'm actually struggling to find.

Plenty spawn on Stage 3 hard at the 01:14 mark. Bring Pekora for the "luck", assuming it affects fan letter drop-rates, and use her screen-wipe 777 special when you see them. You can also use someone else's screen-wipe or AZKi's Geo vacuuming special for them probably. Then just restart the map if you don't feel like finishing the stage if you didn't get it.

I'm having trouble with the KFP and AZKi fan letters myself.

Yeah I tried stage 3 hard at 1:15 already, did a full screen wipe with Pekora about 50 or so times since it's filled with bombs, before asking here on the forums (I doubt her "luck" affects fan letter drop rates, that's cope LOL).
Tried stage 2 hard endless as you first suggested, and yeah from 23:00 to 30:00 the bombs spawn constantly, I'll try that way too but nothing on that run I just did. Gonna take a while.

KFP I got randomly on stage 1 while grinding for gachikois, guess I got lucky if you're not finding any.
A-chan also took me sooooo many tries, way over 30. Annoying for a boss drop.

If you're not already doing so, try farming fans as Kiara or AZKi. Matching fanbase is a 10% increased drop chance.

As for OP, since SSRBs are a unique exception among in-game fans and Botan isn't available yet, it's still best to continue farming them with Pekora for now. Ignore this, Pekora skill doesn't buff Fan Letter drop.

I'm missing the SSRBs too but also Spiderchama and Halloween Myth, so am continuing to grind Stage 3 Hard, which is a little annoying since I've beaten it fifteen times since Fan Letters were introduced and both bosses and the SSRBs are refusing to drop anything.

Have beaten Spiderchama four times specifically with Haachama and no fan letter drop, they could definitely make the boss drops a little more frequent. Or at least add some kind of percentage chance every time you don't get one, so the odds slowly get higher with every failed attempt.

Something like "defeat 500 of these to get a guaranteed letter" or "defeat this boss 10 times to get the letter" would be nice.

I always thought that the multi-boss letters would be the easiest to acquire because they all share one letter, but I guess bad luck can get everyone. Did you get the drop-rate increasing item from the casino?

Spiderchama took me a good 20 attempts, was also quite annoying.
I must've done a stage 3 hard screen wipe about 80 or so times now. Still no SSRBs.

Having the stages that the fans appear in the bestiary would be a nice addition too, to not have to cross-reference with the wiki so much. Or some other mechanic that guarantees 1 letter from the ones you are missing (maybe a casino reward for 500k or 1M usada tokens or something like that would work, to get the last difficult letters when you are stuck).

I feel it would kind of dumb down the challenge tho, so possibly only purchaseable in limited quantities, or only when you have X letters left to collect (say, you can only get it if you have at least 72/82, to prevent players from just afking the casino for every letter).

Another solution would be to add in a recipe for a meal that increases the spawn rate of fan letters. This would be balanced out overall because if you're taking this meal, you can't take the Pufferfish Meal Set into Stage 3/4 Hard, which I have been doing repeatedly.

Yup! Got it before I started getting Gen 3 & 4 to Gachikoi levels. That's what makes me think the drop-rate is too low; beating Spiderchama ten times - four with Haachama - with the drop-rate increasing item, and still getting nothing.

It absolutely does. I've seen significantly better drop rates on everything, letters included, while playing as Pekora.

Well, I'm at 76/82 letters right now, missing the SSRB and the 5 others are in stage 5 that I've yet to play much of.
From all the time I've put in hunting those fan letters (and I spent a lot of time doing so), I haven't noticed a single difference in droprate by playing Pekora.
Playing the character related to the fans and letters works for sure, I did notice a massive difference. Can't say anything about the 1M casino item, been farming holohouse and casino before I started playing the "main" game so I always had it on me. Even with it, droprates are quite low.

I'm not sure if it needs to be said, but just in case one of you is still holding on to the pre-greed nerf version. That one has some letters bugged that were fixed after Hotfix 10. Not sure what the whole list of bugged letters was, but I know one of them included Poyoyo.

So if that's the case you need to update before the letter will drop.

i personally have not noticed any difference between using the character for the fan letter or using pekora. just seems to be rng at least from my personal experience

Are you guys sure Stage 3 hard 1:15 can give letters ? I must've done it over 100 times now.
It's just me being tilted, SSRB is tilting me.
I switched to stage 5, got 2 new ones, 4 to go in total.
