Shirogane Noel didn't need to be nerfed.
Noel didn't need to be nerfed, because reaching high amounts of health is not easy, requires so much levels and some permanent buffs are trash now, 3% health is nothing even with 800 or more health, and the aura it's twice as hard now and can barely do decent damage with 600 health. It's my opinion, what do you think?

I think having strong and weak characters (as long as the weak characters can actually win that is) is a great thing for a single player game because it gives people who don't like to stick to overpowered characters challenges to do.

Unless it's an actual bug therefore not intended gameplay I think that things should be left alone.

Huh? No it's incredibly easy to get high amounts of health. One of the best Super Collabs gives 100 HP making it incredibly safe to build towards.

The problem is even if it's more difficult to build HP, it's HP. You're inherently more likely to survive with it.

You have to take into account how much safety the builds have, and Noel's builds are inherently safe.

edit: I went to do stage 4 hard today. She is still one of the easiest characters in the game.

It takes minimum like 15 minutes to have 800HP, and that's not even the problem, because 800HP is a good amount and can keep increasing, the problem is that the Knight's Dance and Gyudon skills are barely benefited with high amounts of health.

For example with the Jingisukan the character gains +100HP, you need to have 2 collabs first and the Gold Hammer, and with all that you barely gain +30% damage and size for the holy aura and the attack bonus is +15%.

Also +3%HP every 30 seconds is nothing, it does not matter how much HP you have, that´s why Noel was perfectly fine at the beginning and I even think that the 3% should be really 5% or something like that.

I have more than 100 hours but I think I still suck at the game, and the game balance is hard so I don't really know if what I'm saying is right, but whatever.

The problem is you're looking at it all in one vacuum: How much damage am I getting?

You're ignoring a few things

1. You have 4-8x more health than most characters will have even in an endless run

2. You have justifiably good reasons to build items most people were getting just because they were safe (horns, vampire stamp, Jing). Like most of these items people don't even need to be Noel to want.

3. You're saying it's a pain to build a super collab. I'm saying you should always be building a super collab, so this isn't an issue. It doesn't matter how long it takes to get Jingsisukan, because you shouldn't be having an issue getting it anyway. If you're not building towards it as soon as possible, you're making things harder on yourself.

4. 3% HP every 30 seconds isn't the good part of the talent. It's just a nice bonus. The Permanent HP that you can tie with much better healing items is the good part of the talent. Other characters have a slow but consistent heal as well, and it's never the reason the talent is good.

Noel's kit basically makes you incredibly safe, encourages you to take an incredibly safe build, and once you have that you're still getting some damage off it and probably have slots to add more damage to it.
