i mean i think the only exceptions will be the Chinese branch, other then that we are getting everyone.

afaik, only 9 new characters were mentioned in the upcoming update, so, Rushia also will not be released

Hmm strange since i think he has said both her and coco would be in the game and there isnt anything stopping him from doing so. Cover corp wont really do anything about it.

I mean you can be shocked if you want to be but I think given the circumstances it's more than reasonable to skip and leave it as background mentions.

Also I am not too sure how the talent behind Rushia would react seeing her former role being included and having that saga thrown into the spotlight yet again while they're trying to move on to the best of their abilities.

I wasn't talking about that experiment, it was doomed to fail anyway... I mean the talents who have been terminated or left on unfriendly terms. Hitomi Chris, Rushia, and Aloe...though it's debatable since she has an item/reference in game.
