Holocure in the windows volume mixer doesn't actually affect game volume?

Holocure is way too loud. I have it set to one notch above muted, and previously I ALSO had the volume mixer set down to <10% just so it isn't blowing out my ears and completely overwhelming twitch or youtube.

However I just fired it up for the first time in a while and it's back to being way too ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ loud. After messing with settings, as best I can tell the volume mixer isn't working anymore. 8% and 100% sound the exact same. Muting it via the mixer doesn't do anything at all.

Anyone know how this broke and how to fix it?

It's not the game, I just tested and volume mixer worked fine.

In-game volume is maxed, system volume caps at 25%, no clue where my speakers physical dial counts as. Hope you find a fix.

Make sure Device > whatever your speakers are is actually selected ;p Otherwise you are volume controlling absolutely nothing
