-Already Watered
-Not completed
If the plant is dry, it should automatically water it, and if it's completed, just harvest.
when you harvest a plant, if you have the same soil and seed, it replants.
combine with auto watering upon plant, and harvesting immediately on clicking, you would basically walk up to a plant, click once, then harvest > plant > water all at once.
would be sooooo much faster.
You enter a menu where you use Up/Down to change seeds and Left/Right to change soil, then you just press ogey to confirm them both at the same time
I speedplant this way only using WASD and R (confirm) / space (cancel/exit). Same with the fishing game.
Automating the planting process might be too passive to be worth implementing. While there is a potential for using workers like Minecraft villagers to automatically plant and fish for you and in return you pay them holocoins for their services, it makes the HoloHouse less about actively doing anything and more like an employee management sim… and it’s already quite forgiving on the attention span unlike the main game mode. Not to mention that the workers making Holocoins for you is already almost completely passive once it’s well established (Manager Lv. 4 and maxed gold/platinum workers) and all it requires is a small bit of effort.
But then again, I did grind 1 million sand doing nothing but fishing in HoloHouse at work with Reine rod for a few days (can’t play the main game due to attention span for it being too high) so there might be some bias there, but still, I honestly feel that having everything given to the player on a silver platter makes playing it pointless…
Also, being able to easily buy soil/crops in multiples of 4 instead of having to scroll the number up only in increments of 1 (because there's 8 slots you can plant at a time, so I always buy in multiples of 4) would save me loads of time overall.
For fishing, having some way to easily see how much selling all your fish would get you would also help a lot (so you can know how close you are to getting another rod at a glance, without having to either sell everything first, or select everything to be sold and then canceling the sale because you wanted to keep fish for workers).
Edit: And having members be able to show up at Holohouse in any unlocked outfits would be cool. I'm aware you can choose to appear in unlocked outfits, I'm talking about random members that show up.
Also the main complaint I'd have is the very limited farm space, not the fex clicks needed for watering...
