Not sure if you mean literally or not, but just in case some people don't know "seiso" and "unseiso" basically mean pure or not. It usually refers to the kind of jokes or content streamers get away with, whether they're lewd or suspicious or whether they're consistently family friendly or not damaging to their image as an idol. Someone like Gura or Marine are considered unseiso while Sora would be considered seiso.

Also, some (post-Oshi no Ko) food for thought: How much of Sora's seiso view of "Ifuudoudou" is real (straight honest opinion) and how much of that is a well-rehearsed/-executed performative act to appeal to fans?

Well, it is part of Choco's job as a medical professional & succubus nurse sensei to do checkups, so both sources seems seiso enough, don't really mind/care either way. Sora's proximity effect makes AZKi seiso enough. Don't recall if Coco's review made AZKi unseiso, however Choco's unseiso power is way less than Coco's, so seems fine either way.
