Do you have to get Haste Stat Up 10 times *in one run*, or just total?

In one run. It's easier to play as Mumei, block all weapons and all items, and spam upgrade her weapon until you get only stat ups offered.

Mumei because she gets auto aim on the awakening, or Sana if you like not moving.

Actually, there's a stat that's free to bump, in other, the weapon and item slot limiters. If nothing can *go* there, then nothing for there shows up, and all that.

what does haste actually mean?
And is there difference between +100% and +200%?

Haste is the attack rate. So, the higher your haste, the faster your attacks come out.

Haste affects attack time, but not hit cooldown and attack delay. Some weapons have a limit on attack time so going beyond that point wouldnt do anything. I believe elite cooking has a limit at 250%

Does Mumei's and Watson's special attack increase haste? I think with watson it reaches the maximum limit for her guns.

10 upgrades in one run.

Its easier if you disable weapon and item drops and also play with a character that's on Gachikoi level so you don't see their skills, then you just eliminate your main weapon and keep going for haste.

Only base stats will roll and they're 6 (HP, ATK, SPD, CRT, PUR and Haste) and you'll get to choose between two of them, so you'll have something around 36% chance of getting Haste.
