Unless Kay Yu posts a new Tweet regarding the "not pettan necromancer", Chattini are more likely to get their jetpacks before Rushia gets included in HoloCure.
EDIT: That being said, it was still fun speculating on the potential ways Rushia could still be included in HoloCure after 0.7. For my part, I wouldn't mind seeing Kay Yu's gameplay concepts for Rushia before the controversy blew everything up.
Kay kind of touched the topic during some of the update preview posts and I think he is leaning towards not including her.
