how do you play mumei?

when i got all her skills to lv 3, she got 300% + atk percentage when pausing the game, but somehow she deal 1 - 23 damage (that was crit) on regular fans on stage 2 hard, am i doing something wrong? i have maxed all stats upgrade btw

I saw that too, i think its a bug her skill should incerase dmg for every enemy, but instead it decreaces it

Yeah it's a bug. I started a run with the Fandom on and she ramps down to only 1 damage until a level up, turned fandoms and by extension the starting skills off and normal damage.

The bug should have been fixed in the latest update iirc

Stack a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of attack multipliers like mesu shackle+injection asacoco+gorilla palm+candy+Glasses (earlier the better)+Membership and after holy fire collab with monke palm get the mask for another bit of haste and 1.3x attack modif

From the latest update, yeah It does mention the mumei bug has been fixed
