Does it scale with your HP, or is it one time only?
The description implies that it scales, but there's no indicator for it, like Study Glasses' level up counter.

It scales at your current HP. It doesn't have a counter because it doesn't need one, it's always a direct translation of your HP, which is already visible on screen. Glasses need a counter because there is no visible marker for how many times you have leveled up since grabbing Glasses without the counter.

I like that it's finally something I use. In 0.4 it was meh, and in 0.5 I was to the point of not using specials more than twice a run. The % main weapon damage is just nice, imo.
