What max rank of character in gacha?

Should I prioritize to max rank for character or better upgrade things in shop?

G rank only goes up to 20% (G rank 20), for one character, but the rank itself can go way higher (with no cap i think), while shop upgrades go for all characters, but get real expensive on higher ranks. there's also the added caveat for G ranks on being RNG
it all really depends on if you want to main a character, or want to try all

with shop upgrades, you can experiment a bit more because you can refund

personally, i'd go for shop upgrades first for a bit, then when it gets a bit expensive, go G rank upgrading your mains

G rank 21 max. If your holo pulls only have 3 characters then I'd say go for g rank. If it has more its will likely not give you what you want so go for shop
