The engine isn't really made for a 2nd character..
(The stage scrolls around your character. The girls don't actually move around on it.)

It would have to be an alternate game mode.

The dev said adding that would mean starting the game over from scratch, so it's not going to happen.

It could be cool to have local multiplayer just like vampire survivor but holocure have to change engine to do that, but it could be a really cool update though

Would it even be fun? All of you would just be sitting still in game because things die once they spawn. I would rather have development be focused on things everyone can enjoy instead of the 5 people that will play it once. Some form of multiplayer could be good but not co-op
