Beetle Description
it has been bugging me since i got this item, especially about the description, specifically this line:

"Increase Character Skill by 33%"

as far as my understanding, this affect character skill (the one that you get and upgrade from level up), but could this be actually affect character special?

the reason why for second thought is that not every talent (as far as i remember) has attack boost in them. Some of them sometimes only has healing effect or haste effect.

It's the three unique passives called "skills" unique to each character. Unless your super interacted with those passive skills, it will not buff it.

It's absolutely disgustingly broken on Risu.

Slightly different question, but the title still stands - does the 1% per character level apply retroactively, or is it like with glasses where the earlier you get it, the more you get out of it? It has no counter, so I would assume it works retroactively, but not sure. Can anyone confirm?

I dont think it is unlike with glasses there is no counter for how many stacks you have of the beetle and the description is different from glasses.

Bettle: Increase it by a further 1% for each player level.
Glasses: On every level up, increase Weapon damage by 0.3%.

The wiki doesnt say anything about whether beetle stacks like glasses does but from the description It could very well just stack with you total lvl and not from start from when you got the item like glasses does

just from the text i assume beetle is "100% plus (current level)% damage" while glasses only gains a stack when you level up, not based on existing levels.

so even if you wait til level 100 to get beetle, it still gains the 100% bonus from that level.
