Screen resolution locked?

I can change between fullscreen and window mode, but I can't change the resolution, is it a bug?

Ok I guess the resolution didn't change cause I didn't have my mouse hovering over the resolution option I think, but I swear I was tryng clicking and using the movement keys.

it could be like the game got confused and maybe it switched to the keyboard only controls or vice versa.

Is there a config file we can manually edit? 720p resolution is tiny on my monitor and fullscreen doesn't work properly on multimonitor setup
