found a cave south of Deep Delve blocked

found a cave south of deep delve that is blocked by stalagmites. I went around to other side and found an underwater cave but it doesn't seem to lead to this cave.

Got a screen shot for us? Sounds like this might be part of the "Drowned Hopes" Sidequest that starts at the Carja Camp, and you might need to progress that, and possibly get the rebreather, to unlock that cave.

South of Drowned Hopes quest. I have the re-breather. I just made it, now back tracking to water puzzles. noticed a "?" on map. I found it. The underwater cave was a decoy. You have to climb to a cave up high.
