Volatile Sludge 15 CAP in inventory!!
Whoever thought this was good design? I love this game so much! But in late game and now NG+ All my weapons use advanced ammo which needs sludge and the cap on inventory in 15. I can carry 637 rocks tho (and counting) lmao. This is really annoying. Can i go back to my stash and grab more 15 from the 800 ish i got stored there? Sure, but... idk what to say, this is really not fun when you play the min max grind and then get capped by this, what's the point then?

Its capped to force you to keep changing weapons and ammo to make it seem not pointless to have all these weapons and the braindead upgrades.
I've never had an issue with running out of Volatile Sludge in combat, but then I barely ever use the advanced elemental arrows, since my only weapon that can use them is Sun Scourge, which I haven't bothered to upgrade yet.

My bigger complaint would be that the weapons use such an arbitrary set of ammo, so you can't swap to basic arrows without swapping weapon.
Or there's fact that 4/6 elements are extremely underwhelming. Only Shock (for obvious reasons) and Freeze (for the absolutely massive damage boost) are any use. Acid isn't bad, but it just feels like a weaker freeze. Fire does so little damage its a waste of time. Plasma is even more useless for the same reason. Purgewater barely has anything capable of inflicting it in the first place and the only real purpose for it is to inflict shock/freeze faster (does it make normally resistant things vulnerable? Honestly I've never used it).

Most of the time recently I'm running Carja's Bane with Freeze/Fire/Acid/Plasma coils. It's pretty funny having enemies constantly spazzing out when a new element procs (seems to work with the Elemental Fury surge too), but that's only because you can only get a single Instant Freeze coil, otherwise I'd be maxing that out.

More of those caps ruin the combat, butt 'it challenges the player to manage there ammo and think about weapon choice'... or something like that

Rather play a game to have fun than deal with pointless grindy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Challenge in combat is good challenge in farming materials is artificial

Use mods that give you unlimited in combat crafting or cheat engine.

I'm upset I can't sell my fantastic rock collection.
I probably need to buy it - I only have 1200 or so

While yeah, the elements may seem underwhelming, especially compared to Zero Dawn, most have their purpose.
-Acid either weakens or flat out removes armor's damage reduction, deals periodic tear damage to all parts and increases crit chance
-Purgewater removes ALL elemental resistances and also shuts down elemtal attacks

Sadly both fire and plasma are underwhelming. Fire in Zero Dawn use to take out machines by itself with just the DoT damage. If you built it right, you could have a build that would burn down many machines to either a sliver of HP or flat out kill them in a single application of burn. Now you barely warm their armor...
