Apparently there is something in the works, based on someone who checks SteamDB for updates, but I don't know more than that.

For now, patience is virtue, and hope there is an update, if the game for you is indeed unplayable that it needs patching.

The FSR3.1 Update should come soon, they said on twitter that they're working on it already. Can't take too long to implement that.

They said that two months ago,I am believing that they are having issues with FSR 3, in the same way you we can use DLSS ENABLER and have a similar experience.
