where is salmon!!!

If you follow the map directly south from Cliffwatch, just below the snow area on the map, you will find a lake, following the river down the mountain.

You will have to catch many of them to get the resource. Expect to catch at least 6 before you get what you're after.

The river next to memorial grove. Use focus to see if there are any swimming in the water. They should be all around tho

If you set a job for any resource (including Salmon), the map will lead you to the 'nearest' location that has that resource.

IIRC there isn't any single place that generates a 'lot' of Salmon, you will likely catch a couple and then need to depart/return to get it to repopulate.

Seriously, just buy the stuff you need. The grind for ressources is astonishingly annoying in this game. Several traders offer all the fish stuff you need for uppgrades cheaply enough.

This game doesn't have fishing you just need to get close to fish and pick it up :D
