Bug prevents finishing mission The Oldgrowth
One of the animals is stuck inside rock and can not be killed. Mission requires to kill all animals before getting in to cave. Can not kill animal inside rock, but can see it.

Had to load previous save game. This time machine was not inside rock.

Happend to me once or twice in a side quest.
It's annyoing but yeah, it seems loading a last checkpoint is the only fix.
Fortunately, it seems to be a rare glitch.
