Cauldron CHI glitch?

I started cauldron chi, got a little bit in and decided to do another area first and come back later. Now when i come back none of the battery moduels/canisters are there to pull out so i can climb. There are just holes where the module would normally be. Anyone had this? Any idea how to fix it?

Once you enter a cauldron isn't it supposed to be finished? I remember each one Aloy mentioning "Looks like I can't leave until I get the overrides to this place"..how did you "Do another area" while inside? (if you mean another part of the same cauldron disregard and hopefully someone can help, if you mean you left the whole area, probably need to restart a save outside)
