What are the best items to get from Untalla when trading the Black Boxes to her?

You can get all of them, just find all of the black boxes. You can get everything there by hunting, but I guess with the rarer parts here you can unlock some upgrades early.

Just keep the black boxes until you want to upgrade a weapon or an outfit, and some rare part is missing. I personally often start with the frostclaw sac webbing. But choose whatever you need, or what is hard to get for you. Like the Tail from Thunderjaw or Tideripper.
However, at the end you can get all of them.

You definitely want to trade in all the black boxes cos u get the Wings Of Ten blastsling... an absolute must have on higher difficulties and is very useful for the arena challenges along with the Skykiller spike thrower.

The machine parts you want to prioritize are definitely the legendary and rare ones as you will need those for machine overrides as well as upgrades for some of the very rare / legendary tier weapons.
