After the release of update 1.5, the game began to work poorly! When I load the game from the main menu, there is a long loading and compilation of shaders every time! Have you tried verifying the game files to make sure one of them didn't get broken during the update? It's only takes one bad packet from the Internet to break a file so I've gotten into the habit of verifying game files in all games after an update. Ubisoft especially is notorious for breaking files during an update because of their glitchy Connect App with it's wonky net code

my drivers was update Jun 2024

its the same with me think the update loaded with error it happen before, i even turn it down to very low it started, and no mods use. just think update is bad

i have 400.00 video card and runs great with DP Games, no errors NFW 1.5 crash daily! did you all tested it before release it?

note: verifying the game files 14x and UN-install it and re-install 5x now!

[update] AMD tech told me you all lie on setting! they got me have run on high running without crash on me. very low is error, i am set to high killing boss without crashing feel great

All my issues were gone when I deleted dstorage.dll and dstoragecore.dll and hey, game instaleld on a HDD... the first boot might take long but in a m2 nvme it'll be less than 60 seconds. Goes smooth and no stutters. Even the ridiculously long time the map took to show up entirely was gone now. At the cost of a longer loading time from the main menu to the game world.... again. HDD. Your drive is way faster so shouldn't be an issue.

Also if it helps, Im with FSR3 frame generation (because I need it - with your specs might not be required) and I do not use any type of latency reduction technology or feature. Unlocked framerate no sync of any type. So I'd say give it a try... see what happens. Do a backup first.

I have a 5800X and a 4070 Ti running 1440p Ultrawide and the game works just fine for me. I have 172 hours in this game and only a single crash back in early May and zero crashes after the update and I have been recording a complete play through of the game.

I said verify the game files NOT upgrade your GPU drivers. If you have even one broken game file you are going to have problems so it's best to verify the game files and have Steam replace any bad files it finds

The problem is at your end and has nothing to do with the game update which I've run for 35 hours so far without a crash
