Steam Deck compatible?
As title says, does this run well (or at all) on Steam Deck? I know it says unsupported on the store page, but that doesn't always mean it won't work.

Anyone have any luck? Was thinking of picking it up on sale to pwn all the woke libtard rave robo-dinos

it... runs. i wouldn't say it runs well. you pretty much have to floor most of the settings, and the game can be kinda unstable from memory pressure; i recommend fresh boots occasionally. you can mitigate some of that by setting up a decent size swap file, but there are reasons that isn't the default (it's just not great to be relying on the nvme in lieu of ram).

frame generation 'worked' once i forced the deck to run the gpu at 1600mhz (without that it constantly shuffled the clock rate of the gpu which caused nasty frame pacing problems), but i got horrible input lag so set that aside. fsr dynamic scaling works fine, though.

i did have to disable steam input when i started playing because of some weird bugs involving the weapon wheel and crafting (it constantly jumped). this MIGHT have been fixed by the recent patch, but i haven't re-enabled steam input to find out.

it's pretty thoroughly playable in the main game so far (i've seen most of the main map, and done a fair amount of main story, although i don't know how much is left.) i 100% don't regret it (and after finishing hzd on the deck i was rather invested in the narrative)

i haven't gotten to burning shores, i'm expecting the experience to degrade a bit due to the higher detail in the burning shores assets. (other folks who HAVE gotten there on the deck say it's rougher, but still playable).
