Is it possible to get all the skills?

I'm at 89% completion in the main game, but I still need 71 skill points to unlock and upgrade every skill. I've done every quest, side quest, errand, hunting ground, rebel camp, rebel outpost, cauldron, melee pit, gauntlet race, and more. At least that I'm aware of. I still need to do more Machine Strike and the Arena, but 71 points seems more than is possible.

So... I'm thinking that I have to play Burning Shores to get the points? Is that the case?

AFAIK you can unlock everything just by doing main game content, but you have to do literally everything, including chess.
71 points seems a lot tho.

What Level are you? Because somethings seems of, Im level 60 completted Maingame + DLC and close to 100% in both, that means Skills are maxed and i even have 1 Point left.

I'm not sure, but I think you need NG+ to get all skills.

I did some googling and it seems that Burning Shores introduced 12 new skills, 2 per tree... but they are available from the start of the main game. That's why it's impossible to finish them all with just the main game stuff.

By the end of Burning Shores I was only missing the final level of 3 Valor Skills, which was about 15 skill points - I didn't do chess though.

I have 1 unupgraded skill left after 98% completion.Some skills are neraly useless anyways

There does appear to be a bug with the arena.

I'd completed absolutely everything in both the base game and Burning Shores, and I was missing a single skill point. Unless there was something utterly obscure thing I was missing, it was a bug.

Googling it suggested (from 2 years ago on Playstation...) that completing the first stage of the arena and quitting gives skill points. I did it and got my final skill point.

It's pretty handy in NG+ as a visual indicator of how many Champion Tokens you have.

Machine Strike gives you skill points... so that's probably why. Apparently it's possible to unlock all the skills in a single playthru, but you have to complete everything to do it. You're capped at level 50 without the DLC and 60 with it.

I'm on a PS4, so I don't know what is added with the DLC, skill wise. And probably won't find out until the PS5pro is released. But I'm gonna guess that it's possible in both instances.
