One thing you can do is to attack the machine you need, and if it gets you nothing travel away and back again to make it respawn quicker. (Some places even respawn if you walk slightly away for a few minutes)
You can try with easy loot also, a bit cheesy but it works apparently
The vendors also sell some upgrades, but not the really good ones.
Let's see....
Game has no pvp... so can't even troll in the game.
To make the game easier? Then why not just play story mode. Clout? okay... but... who u impressing?
What... ur gonna cheat with the duplication glitch, cause you hate grinding? So.. you paid 60 bucks, chose Ultra Hard New Game+ for the extra challenge... then... duplicate cheat in the Battle Arena???? for idk.... Clout? .. ur cheating... what clout?
A Speed run? I guess that would be viable... seems unfun to me and I'm not impressed by breaking games, but okay?
Oh one more... you're a streamer and make a living of looking good.... fine. I guess. Might as well use wall hacks on MP shooters, too.
(Anyways... go to youtube and look up the duplication glitch.) The game pretty much makes legendary use stuff limited (since you can only carry 15 units of that ammo crafting material stuff at a time). Though in my opinion... the duplication glitch itself is a waste of time, too. for the reasons I already mentioned above.
Machine sites respawn continuosly if you travel a ways away and return, but how far away varies a lot. Learn methods of chipping away at the big guys like the Fireclaw to preserve fragile parts like the sac webbing, Use Weapons Techniques and Valor Surge to improve targeting and damage, saving both time and ammo. Use the same sites over and over again until taking down the targets is second nature, it really speeds things up. CAUTION: Hunting parts for the higher level Legendary items can get real expensive bc you spend time and ammo lavishly while doing little lower-level hunting to replenish ammo mats. A few Apex Fireclaw hearts can cost upwards of four grand total, so be prepared to pay out.
TIP: Read the Notebook data for RNG percentages for various upgrade parts. Some machines may have a much greater chance to yield a target part than others.
Good luck and good hunting!
Yep, not a big favourite there at all!
Especially all that hunting for Apex-stuff from the biggest monsters (ex hearts), only if you accidently die in a fight (1-2 hits on UH) you have to pray to rng-jesus for an Apex to spawn again since its not guaranteed on a reload even if the campfire was right next to the fight.
I hate this guesswork if they are in an area or not even after a reload. If I am going to fight the toughest enemies, make spawns consistent!
My best advice:
1. Figure out what kind of weapon and play style you prefer.
(Recommend bows with an occasional spike thrower).
Armor also makes a HUGE difference.
2. Watch some "best weapon/armor" videos and figure out what you need.
3. Well... grind. Best tactic is glowblast arrows, since the legendary parts can be shot off easily - grab and run. As for apex hearts - well, no easy way.
Sadly, the legendary equipment will requite grinding arena, but even on Ultra Hard you can finish the game with purple equipment only.
The legendary equipment in the DLC is 10x times easier both to obtain and upgrade.
If you're not on Ultra Hard you can turn on easy loot and get all the parts after killing the machine.
