That error I believe is from when a game goes over the available VRAM limit of your GPU. Before you start the game, you should be able to access the pop-out settings menu and from there you'll have to try and lower graphical settings to stay under the VRAM limit of the 4060. Other people with 8GB graphics cards are having crashing issues. I haven't seen anyone report crashing problems with 16 to 24GB VRAM cards. I have 60 hours logged in the game on a 16GB 4080 Super w/o any crashing at 1440p high settings.

I've seen enough reports of similar stuff, hopefully they are working on a patch to optimize VRAM allocation.

Otherwise if you have too much open that is using system RAM, then you go and open a game, you can run into the issue where you don't have enough RAM to allocate to the more demanding task. ISLC or intelligent standby list cleaner is something that you can use and try. Purge or clear the standby list before running your game and see if it'll run.

But something runs out of resources or is out-of-date when you try to launch the game, hence error. You'll kind of have to troubleshoot things one at a time.

GPU: Geforce RTX 4060
CPU: Intel i9 9900k 3.60 ghz
Motherboard: intel asus PRIME Z390-P (LGA1151)
Memory: 32GB DDR4
OS windows 11.

thats my specs

Have you gotten that error in other games? Because your motherboard has a PCIE Gen3 slot and the GPU PCIE revision is backwards compatible but that doesn't mean that you can't run into compatibility issues from putting a PCIE Gen4 GPU in a slower bandwidth slot.
