best tip i got was to never set anything besides texture filtering and quality to very high, extremely intensive settings on the "level of detail", "terrain quality", and "cloud quality" settings, set these to medium/high depending on which gets you the best balance. since you have an rtx card you can use DLSS which will net you a decent bit of performance. also don't enable the "parallax" setting at the bottom of the details page, it only changes a handful of textures but drops performance by a few fps. you should do totally fine with a 2060.

one thing I will say is that expect drops in cutscenes. I'm not sure why but this game tanks in fps during certain cutscenes that can make it chug at times but for the most part the game runs great.

thanks for the tips i just started Horizon Zero Dawn so its gonna be a wile until i get going on the sequal :) but i love where its going in the first game and it looks awesome quality wise

if you are at 1080p and use medium settings i guess 50ish fps. On my 5700xt (equivalent to a 2070super) i play on 1440p (FSR ultra quality so real render is around 1080p) and get 60ish fps on medium. Plus you can always turn on DLSS, I wouldn't go under the highest quality setting as your internal res would be really low if you target 1080p

2060's are beginning to age badly now when it comes to newer games. The last game I got that I would've felt comfortable running on mine was The Quarry, it may only be 2 years old, but, things are moving fast now.

My new rig will have a 2080ti FE, yeah, I know, still the 20 generation, but, it still has the performance I need. 1080p High will do me and that won't tax anything even with HFW. Couple it with the right CPU and you'll be fine,.

There is no "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" anymore, it's always got to seem better and shinier. The CEO needs another yacht and wants us to pay for it!

the problem was when i was building my computer it was in middle of the chip crisis at the same time the ps5 had thair problem when skaplers was buying up all the consoles .. so the price of grafiks card went trough the roof the pirice for a graf card was really high so rtx 2060 was the only one a was able to afford

A used 2080ti may only set you back what you paid for the 2060 brand new. I paid £400 for my FE, but, prices have dropped a load since then. It worth checking around. Be very careful on eBay though.

i never buy on ebay i only buy from resellers from my country :) . im gonna try to save up for a 3060 or a 3080

He just got a new PC, and we'll get him a new GPU late this year. He rushes through the main questline then goes back and replays 100% on UH anyway. He replayed HZD 4 or 5 times.

did play over games before to but now i dont know why i don't have the motivation to complete a game a 100 procent maybe it is im older or i i dont know it just feels boring to die over and over again to get some hard acivments or bonus content
