Disable Dualsense Speaker?
Does anyone know of a way to disable audio output when in game. I don't see any settings to send all audio through my pc but maybe I'm missing something.

When you plug in the controller, it auto defaults your computer audio/mic to the controller. Tab out while the controller is connected, go through your sound settings and click on the controller then put it on "Don't Allow" or change it back to your preferred audio but keep in mind that it will auto default to the controller every time until you tell it not to.

That worked!! Thank you. The focus audio still comes through the controller but I can deal with that.

Update: I missed a setting. Under "Gamepad" there's a slider for "Gamepad Speaker Volume." Slide it to zero for no sound coming out of the controller.
