Health bars do not properly work in Ultra Hard mode

At first I thought they were just disabled. But they show up if you damage enemies or if allies are damaged. So they are bugged. Id like this to be fixed before patches are over for this game, hopefully with the bars enabled or just an option you can toggle at any time for any difficulty (mostly a cosmetic thing)

Hmm... on the PS4 there are no enemy health bars in Ultra Hard.

Worked fine for me, i.e. they never showed up.
For me it was actually the hardest thing about Ultra Hard

Didn't notice any bugs either, and yeah,
ultra hard is a cool challenge, I enjoyed my uh run in ZD and FW is also cool with more weapons and combat skills
