Concentration "zoom effect" causing performance loss (?)
During my session this evening, I kept noticing some pretty significant performance loss while utilizing "Concentration."

I don't believe this has been documented before, but I wanted to mention this occurrence, because after a restart, the issue was seemingly gone.

Now, this could be related to a dreaded memory leak of sorts, but I haven't experienced this or any symptoms of a memory leak prior to tonight. And at this point, I'm 60+ hours into the game, so I cannot say if that's the case.

Back to the point: During the zoomed effect of Concentration, I was losing roughly 25% performance (60fps down to 45ish) while aiming at various machines. Then, I tested this while pointing at some random nearby mountainside, and the very same thing occurred. Mind you, I was very closeup to the machines while in combat, and within an arm's length from the rock-face (when testing). However, as previously mentioned, after reloading my save in the exact spot, I couldn't replicate the issue.

For what it's worth, I'm playing at 1.78x my native resolution (3840x1600) with DLDSR, scaled from 5461x2880, down to 4729x2494 (as a result of 75% scaling with DLSS).

As for my specs: 4090/14900k, 64GB @ 6400, 870 EVOs, Windows 11.

Ultimately, I'm just wanting to know if others have experienced anything like this while using Concentration, or if this could perhaps be part of a memory leak issue. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Decided to load back in and double-check, and it seems the issue persists after all. In close proximity to, what seems to be simply a rock texture, if I use Concentration while looking right at it, I lose like 10%-12% performance instantaneously. When I distanced myself from the surface of the rock, 30-40 paces back, there is no performance loss while Concentration is active. Same goes for machines as well, and most likely, other complex geometry. But when I aim towards the ground, regardless of surface texture (e.g., snow, mud, forest floor, sand) or a even a tree, I do not lose performance. This is a very strange occurrence.
