game crashes to desktop after loading save

So i have this problem for a while now and it all started after playing for 2 weeks after release. New update arrived that day and now my game just crashes straight to desktop and sometimes my whole pc.

i have a RTX 3080ti - I9 14900KF and 64 gb DDR5. if i look in my logs i see this:

Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter

does anybody know what this is? looked it up but it mostly explains what it does.

same had a few times it would play however for the most part it just crashes the game a few times it has even rebooted the pc.

this helped a bit with the loading a savegame however still at times the game crashes with fast travel.

oh yeah sorry uhm so basically i kept looking through alot of reddit posts and vids on youtube i followed all of them to the letter but one helped fix it and its awfully easy i felt very stupid after that.

so just update your windows .net framework. for me this worked perfectly
