death's door help needed as I am stuck (PC) - Resolved

There is a point in the final approach to the door where you jump to a column climb the column then grapple to your left and are supposed to drop down to a perch below you , you can drop down one hand hold by pressing 's' but you cant seem to press 's' again to just drop to the ledge below . You have to press 'cntrl' which lets go but launches her backwards into the air and it appears very hit and miss trying to move her in mid air to land on the platform where you then grapple the next girder into place. grapple just puts you back in the same situation.

xan some one tell me the trick or what I am doing wrong?

Had a similar issue but I looked up a few YT how to vids and discovered I was trying to things all wrong. Just google some walkthroughs and you should be fine.

The C key is by default bound to "release and drop straight down".
