Average level for the end game and level cap

what is the average level for the end game?

And what is the level cap of the game?

endgame...? this is single player action adventure, not a live service game, there's no endgame

I dont know what is average but I finished the game, including the Burning Shores DLC, the first time at level 65, after level 60 you only gain Ghost levels so the level cap is 60.
