Can't change settings for VSync or NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency

I've been trying around with the different ingame settings, because the game runs terrible bad on my pc system. I've got a a i9 14900k and a RTX 4080 Super and the FPS counter also displays something around 120 to 140 fps, but it doesn't feel like that. It just feels terrible on my 3440x1440 Ultrawide 160 Hz Monitor.

While googling and going through these steam discussions, I've read that I should turn off NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency because it actually causes issues instead of helping.

But for some reason, I can't turn it off. I can only toggle between "On" and "On + Boost", but I have seen examples where people managed to turn it off. Here is a screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/t3E4ym2

What could be the reason for this restriction in my case?

Furthermore I also tried to set certain settings via the Nvidia Control Panel such as the Refresh Rate Limitation, but the game doesn't seem to listen to the Refresh Rate Limitation of 60 fps for example, whether I set them ingame or in the Nvidia Control Panel.

This issue is secondary though. I mainly want to to disable NVIDIA Reflex Low Latency and enable Vsync to check, whether that causes a smoother experience. Does anyone have an answer for these issues?

you cant turn reflex off if you have frame gen enabled, and if your settings arent being used that you set in the nvcp you have system errors as it follows my limits and settings correctly on every game

Thank you guys, it worked. So it had to do with the actual order of how I did setup the settings originally earlier today. Should've been explained ingame, but well. It now works and I'm happy. This allows me to do some more experimentation regarding perfomance on my system. Thanks again!

How do you "turn off" the refresh rate? for me it just cycles through from 60-144
