Mod to mount any machine

Would it be possible to mod it so we can mount more/any machines? How hard could it be

How hard could it be? Pretty hard, I suspect. It would be easy enough to set a flag on all machines so that they can be ridden, but animations would have to be created for each of the other machines. Not saying that can't be done, but it would take a lot of time.

Edit: although I wonder about the Tremortusk? It seems like I remember an NPC in the game riding one, so those animations might exist.
